Cecile Rivera is a strategic communications consultant with over a decade of experience specializing in sustainability, social impact, internal communications, and corporate storytelling. She is the founder of CRL Communications Consultants LLC, a boutique firm that collaborates with a select portfolio of clients in Puerto Rico, the United States, Latin America, and Europe.
Cecile has led communication strategies for organizations ranging from small non-profits to multinational corporations with over 10,000 employees. Her clients span industries such as pharmaceuticals, construction, sustainable architecture, wellness, economic development, arts, fashion, and social impact technology. Her services include campaign development, impact reporting, internal communications, partnership strategy, and thought leadership positioning.
She holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Communication and Marketing from IE University in Madrid, Spain, and a Bachelor’s degree in Comparative Literature with a concentration in Peace and Conflict Studies from the College of the Holy Cross in Massachusetts, (USA).
